Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Most in-stock orders ship within 0–1 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your package leaves our facility in New Jersey.


Shipping Options & Rates

  • Shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, carrier rates, and package weight/size.

  • Expedited options (when available) will be shown at checkout.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.


Carriers

We primarily ship via UPS and USPS for retail orders.


Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery speed depends on the method chosen at checkout and your location.

  • Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Weather events, carrier delays, and peak seasons may extend delivery times.


PO Boxes, APO/FPO & Forwarding Addresses

  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO: We ship via USPS when available.

  • Freight forwarders: We do not recommend using freight forwarding services. Once a package is delivered to a forwarding address, we are not responsible for loss or damage.


Order Changes, Address Corrections & Cancellations

  • If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us immediately. We can assist until the order ships.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.

  2. Wait 24 hours in case of a late carrier scan.

If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can help file a carrier claim.

For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the packaging and product.


International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only.


Pre-Orders & Backorders (If Applicable)

  • Orders containing pre-order or backordered items will ship once the item is available.

  • We’ll email updates and tracking upon dispatch.

  • In some cases, available items may ship first.


Taxes

Sales tax is collected at checkout where required by law.
