Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging with tags attached

We cover returns in cases where:

  • The product is defective

  • The product arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • An item is missing from your order

In these cases, we cover all return and replacement shipping costs, and process your replacement or refund quickly.

If you’d like to return an item due to a change of mind (size, color, or preference), you may still do so within the 30-day window. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company. Posting may take some time.

  3. Contact your bank. Processing times can vary.
